Filming

Well the filming has gone really well even with the cold weather! last day today, hoping to get it all done and onto the computer on Monday. With our better understanding of how we wanted each character to look, sound and the general demeanor, it aloud us to obtain the optimum results. We achieved these results with impressive use of mis en scene and camera angles.

The work has been done to a proficient level and has been shared evenly as much as possible. Different skills have been used for different tasks and organization of various things has been coordinated properly with good communication. There have been problems with weather and locating actors/props for filming days and technical malfunctions have caused problems then. Digital technology has always been used to its fullest extent and there have been many drafts and redrafts for scripts to make sure that it is of top quality.

We have all done a good similar product and potential audience research and we have had a good organisation of locations but we are finding it hard to locate actors, James has recruited some of his friends as have me and Callum. Me and Callum have sat down and figured out a rough draft of a shot list and and storyboard. our time management is good because we do always set aside days to do certain things but of late the weather has been against us for filming, we all have a vast knowledge of the technical equipment and programs for editing so we can do what we wish with the film once it is on the computers. we have ample communication skills between the group because we can always contact one other person in the group, this came into play on saturday when the camera had broken, this has delayed our filming as we had a weekend of filming planned.
